Delete Your Freewill Account

Users can delete their Freewill account directly from within the mobile application.

 

 

Steps

 

  1. Open the Freewill mobile app

  2. Go to Settings → Account

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm the deletion

 

 

What happens when your account is deleted

 

When an account is deleted:

 

  • Your Freewill user account is permanently removed

  • Associated vehicle data is deleted

  • Driver license scan information is removed

  • Odometer and VIN scan data linked to the account is deleted

 

Some technical logs may be retained temporarily for security and fraud prevention purposes.
